Our First Family Vacation

... was a road trip to lovely Devon in the southwest of England. We drove around Devon and Cornwall and stayed in Colin and Joyce's caravan (camper to us Americans). We had a great time- Thomas enjoyed everything!

When the cat's away...

Andrew left at 7 this morning for Mauritania (apparently it is quite a large country in Africa) and by 8:30 Thomas and I had our first mishap. :-) We we were watering Andrew's chilies, which he has been carefully growing from seeds since early March (they grow slowly because it isn't very warm here) and well Thomas was helping and I was taking pictures of Thomas helping and well he uprooted one! We tried to replant it- I hope it lives!

Going to Grandma's to Garden

Thomas went for his first boat ride with his grandma and granddad! He started out on deck, but ended up playing in the cabin with grandma. To complete the day he had a nap!

Visit our house!

Our house is on the Internet, at last! Hopefully we'll be selling in the next few months. (Here they say you should sell in the first 4-6 weeks you're on the market). I had to pack away all my books to make the rooms look bigger- but now we have two big boxes in the loft room and that makes it look smaller... :-)
